Second and Third Graders love “Scoot”!
Our class loves to play Scoot. This week we used our weekly vocabulary words to play. Each student has a task card on his/her desk and then everyone “scoots” around the room, completing the task on each card. What a fun, interactive way to review!
What’s the Matter in Root Beer Floats?
Second and Third grade students investigated the three common states of matter using a root beer float. In addition to being able to identify a solid, liquid, and gas, students were also able to observe how matter changes through melting. Tasting them was a bonus. Yum!
Second and Third Grade Bible Work
Second and third graders work on finding Bible verses together. This week we learned about the twelve disciples and how God transformed their lives!
