Effort Christian School and Preschool offers many different programs for the children in our community.  We are committed to providing the best care for our students and to that end, seek qualified, talented candidates who are led by God to serve in our school.

At the heart of what we do is our desire to shine the light of Jesus into the world. By teaching, modeling and upholding the Gospel, our teachers and staff create a healthy environment in which students can learn to love others well, whether at school, at home, or out in the community.

What we are looking for

ECSP is looking for qualified candidates that love the Lord. Our staff must have a commitment to ECSP principles, a genuine caring attitude, the ability to communicate clearly and the ability to work as a team player.  Additionally, ideal candidates should be comfortable in sharing his/her faith.
