Connie hanson

Connie began working at ECSP in 2010 as a teacher’s aide. She then moved into her own preschool classroom, teaching 3-year-olds and later becoming a much-loved K4 teacher. Connie likes to incorporate music and art into her class learning time. Currently she is our Preschool Librarian.
Connie is a native of Virginia and spent 14 years traveling with her military husband. In 2002, Connie’s husband passed away while on active duty, which brought Connie and her children to Fluvanna County. Connie has two adult children, Amy and Jayce. Connie attends Effort Baptist Church and is passionate about supporting our veterans. She is an active, lifetime member of the Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars where she serves as secretary and has past served as chaplain and conductress. Connie also serves with “Wreaths across America” and “Wreaths across the Counties.” In her spare time, Connie enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and traveling.
